hereon were developed from a survey of the above described
property, performed on the date shown, and accurately and truly
depict the elevations as they existed on this date. The relative
elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of • the
survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of the soil, addition or
removal of soil by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other
factors. Therefore, this survey may not accurately depict the

The elevations and drainage pattern above shown are the
Professional Engineer's findings of the finished ground grades
around your residence on the date shown above. You, the homeowner,
must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the
water away from your house. The Builder of your home will not
cover damage to your home caused as a result of changes made in the
finished grades.

RE: Lot 147, Dakota Ridge Second Filing (2724 Willow Creek Drive),
Fort Collins, Colorado
Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevation at the
lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the drainage swale
which runs from the center of the back yard down either side of the
lot. The slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by TST, Inc., Job
No. 10-746-000, dated June, 1993.
We also inspected the garage and basement slabs and found them to
be in substantial conformance with the general recommendations
contained in our subsurface investigation, Job No. 1568-03-01-01,
dated April 27, 1993.

Approximately ten days after our meeting, KEM Homes' grading contractor worked in the back yard
at 2724 Willow Creek Drive! What has been done is all we are doing to do with the grade at 2724
Willow Creek Drive.
Enclosed is a copy of the grade certification by our engineer. The grade was done correctly and that
is why we have an engineer/surveyor check them shortly after the grade work is completed.
