You, the homeowner, must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water away from your house. During the investigation, we measured elevation at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the drainage swale which runs from the center of the back yard down either side of the lot. The slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by TST, Inc., Job No. 10-746-000, dated June, 1993. We also inspected the garage and basement slabs and found them to be in substantial conformance with the general recommendations contained in our subsurface investigation, Job No. 1568-03-01-01, dated April 27, 1993. What has been done is all we are doing to do with the grade at 2724 Willow Creek Drive. Enclosed is a copy of the grade certification by our engineer.
