This letter is to certify the finished top of foundation and window well elevations for Lot 19,
Dakota .Ridge—Phase_T-wo. On January 2, 1996, we surveyed said elevation and found that those
elevations are as follows: Finished top of foundation elevation = 4920.87 and window well
elevation = 4919.22. We also surveyed the overflow swale that runs along the south property
line. That swale was found to be in compliance with the overflow swale cross-section 1-1 as
shown on Sheet 6 of 27 of the approved Utility Plans for Dakota Ridge, Phase Two.
According to the approved Utility Drawings dated September 22, 1993, the minimum elevation
for the finished floor is 4916.50. As you can see, the built top of foundation is above this
minimum elevation. Therefore, we are requesting the release of the Certificate of Occupancy.
We have attached a portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan and the field
notes for the said lot.
