Per your request, we have surveyed a profile of the swale between Lot 19 and 18,,�Dakota_Ridge,;>
Phase Two? Enclosed please find a copy of our field notes and note that there is an adverse
grade from back -of -walk to 50' down the swale, and then drains at an acceptable slope. After
reviewing this profile and analyzing the grade difference (0.11') between the bottom of Swale,
approximately 4917.34, and the two window well elevations, Lot 19 is 4919.22 and Lot 18 is
4919.37. We feel that the design will still work and neither building is in danger of flooding.
