Box 580 235 Mathews Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Finished Floor Certification Project No. 10-746-000 Dear Basil: This letter is to certify the finished floor and window well elevations for lot 18,cEako[a-Ridge, Rase Two: On August 8, 1955, we had a survey completed of said elevations and found that those elevations are as follows: Finished floor elevation = 4920.80 and window well elevation = 4919.36. According to the approved Utility Drawings dated September 22, 1993, the minimum elevation for the finished floor is 4916.50. As you can see, the built finished floor is above this minimum elevation. We also surveyed the over flow drainage swale on the Northeast side of this lot and determined that said swale was constructed per the grading, drainage and erosion control plan. Therefore, we are requesting the release of the Certificate of Occupancy. We have attached a portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan for the said lot.
