Gentlemen:
On January 8, 1996, we measured the relative elevations for the
top of the foundation and lowest opening elevations of the
residence referenced above.
Based on an elevation of 17.7 at the northwest corner of the
property (back of walk). We have determined that the top of
foundation elevation is 20.5 and the lowest opening elevation is
19.5. The lowest opening elevation is 4.4± higher than the lowest
property corner. Based upon.these measurements, it is our opinion
that the lowest opening elevation of the residence is in
conformance with the FHA grading plan by TST, Inc., Job No. 10-746-
000, dated June, 1993.
