This letter is to certify the finished floor and window well elevations for lot 11,FDakota_Ridge,
cEhase Two. On August 21, 1995, we surveyed said elevation and found that those elevations are
as follows: Finished floor elevation = 4921.74 and window well elevation = 4919.75.
According to the approved Utility Drawings dated September 22, 1993, the minimum elevation
for the finished floor is 4916.50. As you can see, the built finished floor is above this minimum
elevation. Therefore, we are requesting the release of the Certificate of Occupancy. We have
attached a portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan for the said lot.
