Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevation at the
lot sides and corners, top of foundation, lowest opening, and
several points along the boundary of the lot. The slopes and
elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA
grading plan completed by TST, Inc., Job No. 10-746-000, dated
June, 1993.
Furthermore, we inspected the garage and basement slabs and found
them to be in substantial conformance with the generall
recommendations contained in our subsurface investigation, Job No.
1568-03-01-01, dated April 27, 1993.
