Dear Basil:
This letter is to certify the finished top of foundation and window well elevations for lot 9,
.Dakota-Ridge,=Phase=Two. On August 21, 1995, we surveyed said elevation and found that
those elevations are as follows: Finished top of foundation elevation = 4920.19 and window
well elevation = 4919.62.
According to the approved Utility Drawings dated September 22, 1993, the minimum elevation
for the finished floor is 4916.50. As you can see, the built top of foundation is above this
minimum elevation. Therefore, we are requesting the release of the Certificate of Occupancy.
We have attached a portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan for the said lot.
