Box 580 235 Mathews Street Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Finished Floor Certification Project No. 10-746-000 Dear Basil: This letter is to certify the finished top of foundation and window well elevations for lot 8, Dakota -Ridge —Phase Two. On September 13, 1995, we surveyed said elevation and found that those elevations are as follows: Finished top of foundation elevation = 4921.10 and window well elevation = 4919.67. According to the approved Utility Drawings dated September 22, 1993, the minimum elevation for the finished floor is 4916.50. As you can see, the built top of foundation is above this minimum elevation. Also, at the time of our field investigation of said lot 8, we verified that the drainage way improvements along the West property line and along the South portion of said lot were constructed in the final overlot grading and drainage and have not been impacted as of this date. These improvements were certified in a letter to you dated May 8, 1995. These improvements were the sidewalk/overflow from Inlet 2C to the concrete low flow channel running East-West along the South property line. At the time of this certification, there were not any fences constructed on this lot. Therefore, we are requesting the release of the Certificate of Occupancy. We have attached a portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan for the said lot. If we can answer any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. Respectfully, TST, INC.
