Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations for the top of the
foundation and lowest opening elevations of the residence
referenced above, as well as the combination sidewalk/swale at the
south side of the property.
Based upon these measurements, it is our opinion that the lowest
opening elevation of the residence and the combination sidewalk/
swale are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan by
TST, Inc., Job No.-10-746-000, dated June, 1993.
