This is the certification for storm drainage facilities fortDakotaPines
It is a small P.U.D. located between the new Fort Collins High_ School
and Dakota Ridge. There were no storm drainage facilities such as drainage
swales required on the plans designed by Parsons and Associates. We have done
the construction staking for this project for Desyn Homes.
All of the lots drain to the existing streets except for the rear of Lots
14, 15, 16, 17 and 18. All of the curb, gutter and asphalt, including cross
pans have been completed. I have visually inspected the drainage patterns
of the existing streets and did not observe any apparent problems.
The rear of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 drain Northerly into the existing
detention pond on the Fort Collins High School property. The floor elevations
of the existing houses on Lots 12 through 18 are at least 6.00 feet above the
highwater line of the pond.
If you have any questions regarding this certification, please call.
Due to no drainage facilities there are no red lined "As Built" plans included.
I have enclosed a xerox copy of the grading plan.
