This letter serves as 1 certificatio for all subdivision drainage improvements for Rose Tree
Village P.U.D. at ummngham Corner. Shear Engineering Corporation has made final
construction' observations and state that all street and drainage improvements have been
completed in substantial conformance with the approved plans for Rose Tree Village P.U.D. at
Cunningham Corner which were prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation.
All drainage facilities are functioning and meet the intent of the drainage design for Rose Tree
Village P.U.D. at Cunningham Corner.
