Not all elevations are within 0.2’ of the approved grading plans, but the drainage intent has been met without impacts to adjoining properties. 8. Runoff from downspouts is directed toward the shared sideyard property line swale as designed. Note: It appears that the garage to house relationship transitioned from step-up to at grade (flush with TOF). Driveway has become steeper, but the drainage intent continues to be met.
