requirements of the;;otmwater Utility in the permit notice fot- this adcifress, dated 05/18/95. All
final grading 1% completed and generally meets the intent of the original grading and dnahm9c
design according to the Utility Plans for CREEKSIDE ESTATES by Parsons and Associates;
Pamnc and Acgnri:,!t— Pmlect No: 88.20 SLY; Director of Engineering approval date 08/11/89.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control flan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This for reference only. The concrete valley
channel was conk-mirted with the 0leaide Estates development and is not a part of this
certification. Tlu• common Lot 7 / Lot 8 property line fituslted grades were established with Lot
8 and were not disturbed with Lot 7 final grading.
