This letter is to serve as an overall site certification for the Feeder Supply site
improvements and the multi -story residential building. The restaurant building
improvements and expansions are not included in this certification. All information
provided in this letter and on the record drawing plans you have received is based on a
several field surveys completed by Washburn Land Surveying on August 12, September
22 and October 19, 2015.
The LID swale on the northwest side of the building was constructed within construction
tolerances of the design plans elevations and will function as intended. Photos of the
construction of the LID swale are included at the end of this letter. All storm on site is
private and elevations were verified with the Washburn surveys. The permeable pavers
were installed on site and photos of the installation process are also provided at the end of
this letter.
The finished floor elevations of the lowest floor of the building along Willow were
constructed at or within 0.05' of the design elevation. The garage elevations and all curb
and gutter (private) on site were constructed within acceptable construction tolerances.
The south portion of the driveway (nearest Linden) has not been constructed and will be
completed with the restaurant expansion. All of the private drive that is required for
emergency access has been constructed. There appears to be (based on the field survey)
sufficient slope away from the building to allow runoff to adequately flow in the direction
as intended by the original design plans.
If you have and questions,or need additional information for this certification, please call
me.
Sincerely,
Patricia Kroetch, P.E.
