RE: Healing Arts Institute - Delta Construction Lot 5A of Replat of Collindale Business Park Third Filing All of the storm drainage facilities, including the detention pond, trickle pans and pond outlet works have been installed per the approved Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control plan. Our crews have surveyed the "As Built" elevations of the building floor, the parking lot curbs and the drainage facilities. These "As Built" elevations, which were found to be per the approved plan, are shown in red on the attached print.
