A hold has been placed on the Certificate of Occupancy associated with the above -referenced
building permit for the following reason(s):
* Soil amendments must be completed, and a completed certification of compliance (attached, or
can be obtained from Utilities or Building and Zoning) with the soil amendment requirements of
City Code Section 12-132 must be received, at least two weeks prior to the release of the
Certificate of Occupancy.
* A letter from a registered professional engineer certifying compliance with the approved
drainage and grading plans for the above lot(s) must be received at least two weeks prior to the
release of the Certificate of Occupancy.
* Grading certification.
* Certification of all that apply: swale, elevations for finished floor, property's lot comer, and
lowest building opening.
Please address these issues as soon as possible to avoid any delays in your schedule. If you have any
