First Replat I,(Print) Wayne G Thompson , a Colorado registered professional engineer, verify that the above referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been inspected by me or someone under my direct supervision, and verify construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed on (Date) August 1, 2006 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one): ❑ The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). A site visit indicated that there is a slight swale between these two points. Additionally, there does not appear to be a significant amount of water running between these points. Since the site is quite constrained, there does not appear to be a feasible alternative to the existing condition. Therefore, we have approved the lot grading as shown on the plot plan.
