Box 580/�� 235 Mathews Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: The Greens at Collindale - Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 Project No. 0842-004 !fa zv S �Gy 4 - Dear Basil, June 21, 1999 LvT /Z' �7wf7K This letter is to certify the lot grading, finish floor elevation and lowest opening elevation of the duplex units on lots 9 and 10, as well as those on lots 11 and 12. A field survey was performed and the as -built elevations are depicted on the following exhibits. As you can see, the finish floor is well above the lot grading and positive drainage exists in all directions from the foundation. The same can be said for the window wells. The lot grading was found to be in substantial compliance with the construction plans. I have included herewith, two 1" = 20' copies (8'/z" x 11") of the grading plan showing as - built conditions in parenthesis. One is for lots 9 and 10, the other is for lots 11 and 12. Based on our findings, we are hereby certifying that the foundation elevation and lot grading are in substantial compliance with the grading and drainage plans for the project. I recommend release of any drainage related hold on the building permit. Please feel free to contact me if you should have any questions or concerns.
