Please find enclosed "AS BUILT" survey of the grading for Lot 1 of the Greens at
Collindale P.U.D., First Replat, which is 4014 S. Lemay Ave, FortCollins, Colorado.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the grading planapproved
by Storm Water Utility on February 7, 2001. The finished floor of the residence is 4989.6 which
is 1.0 foot above the finished floor shown on the grading plan. The separated garage floor
residence is 4988.1 which is 0.5 feet below said grading plan, both of which are okay. The
lowest window well elevation is 4987.4, which is 0.5 feet above the swale invert that is 13 feet
away.
