The grading at this time is still a little rough, and some fine grading is required along the concrete pans and on the berm at the east end of the pond. Also required are the placement of rip rap at the pipe outlets and a sediment trap over the pond outlet. The concrete pans, the headwall with restriction plate and the sidewalk culvert are in place. The pond in its present condition will detain the required volume of runoff. The remaining work on the pond area should be completed this week.
