Survey of the site was completed on November 24, 2015 by Washburn Surveying. My assessment is that the items constructed are in general conformance with the approved design. I have attached the as -built survey of the site and as -built drawings for the grading and storm system. I have also attached the checklists used for Multi Family and Commercial Sites and Bioretention Cells. Finally, the attached photos are from the dates of October 26 h through November 71h, 2015. Please note that the final landscaping of the Bioretention Pond was not completed prior to the recent snow and will be done in the Spring. 11 We appreciate your time and consideration in reviewing this certification. If you have any questions or need additional information please feel free to call at any time (970) 460-8471. Sincerely, Michael Oberlander, P.E., LEED AP Colorado Professional Engineer 34288 1218 W.
