Box 885 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Re: Lot 10, West Plum Street - P. U. D., Fort Collins, Colorado Dear Mr. Viita, This is to advise that the elevation of the house foundation on the subject lot has been field verified by this office. A field survey and onsite observations of the completed foundation structure was performed on Friday, January 31, 1997. The foundation elevation was found be in substantial compliance with the "West Plum Street - P.U.D.; Grading and Drainage Plan." The "Grading and Drainage Plan" was prepared by this office and is a part of the developments approved "Utility Plan" set. Two openings in the basement level of the foundation were observed at the time the field check was made. Metal "window wells" had been placed at the openings. The top of the window wells were found to be approximately nine (9) inches below the top of foundation and are considered to be in substantial compliance with the "West Plum Street - P.U.D.; Grading and Drainage Plan."
