A field survey and on -site observations of the completed structure were performed on Wednesday, August 25, 1999. The foundation elevation and the lot grading were found to be in substantial compliance with the "West Plum Street - P.U.D., Grading and Drainage Plan." The "Grading and Drainage Plan" was prepared by this office and is a part of the developments approved "Utility Plan" set. The structure is a two-story frame home without a basement. No external access openings into the crawl space were observed at the time that the field survey was performed. A copy of the portion of the "West Plum Street - P.U.D.; Grading and Drainage Plan" is enclosed that has been `redlined' with the field verified elevation indicated on the copy.
