Dear Mr. Mita,
This is to advise that the elevation of the house and lot grading on the subject lot have
been field verified by this office. A field survey and onsite observations of the completed
structure were performed, Monday, February 23, 1997. The foundation elevation and
the lot grading were found to be in substantial compliance with the "West Plum Street -
1? UM.; Grading and Drainage Plan." The "Grading and Drainage Plan" was prepared
by this office and is a part of the developments approved "Utility plan" set.
The structure has an interior access "crawl space." No external openings into the
foundation were observed at the time the field check was made.
A copy of the logs site plan has been `redlined' with the field verified elevations and is
enclosed for your information_
