This letter is in reference to providing the City with as -built information for the cutoff wall that
was constructed with the Larimer and Weld County Canal relocation project. Sheet 22 of 84,
Note 9, for the above referenced project drawings, references the improvements required to the
Larimer-Weld Canal prior to construction of Phase 7.
We have reviewed the field survey data and compared this data with the design information. The
attached drawing shows the elevations and drainage patterns that are the Registered Professional
Engineers findings of the finished ground grades for the above described property and are in
general conformance to the approved drainage and grading plan.
We would appreciate your release of the "hold" on the building permits for lots 338 to 345 in
Phase 7.
