Dear Basil:
Attached are spot elevations taken by RBD survey crews on the three
new buildings of the Underhill P.U.D. and for the drainage swale at
the end of Underhill Drive, as well as pictures of the building
areas before and after construction.
Drainage for the buildings and parking areas is directed towards
Underhill Drive and then south to the end of Underhill Drive and
across the New Mercer Ditch as per the drainage concept. The area
was not seeded at the time the pictures were taken, but the
sprinkler system appeared to be in place and I was informed by the
owner that seeding was to occur sometime last week. There is a low
spot in the parking lot between the northernmost building and the
existing building directly to the south of it. The low spot occurs
in what was already existing parking lot as is shown in the
pictures. The drainage swale appeared to drain adequately as there
was no ponding at the time of field inspection which was within a
day or two after a rainstorm.
