Dear Mr. Mogen:
A representative of Quality Engineering was present at the above referenced address on April 15
and April 22, 2014 to certify the building site per City of Fort Collins site certification
requirements. The elevations and drainage patterns are as shown on the attached as -built drawings
which were developed from surveys performed on April 11 and April 19, 2014. The elevations,
drainage facilities, and drainage patterns for the above referenced lots are in general conformance
with the City approved drainage and grading plan and site certification checklist for the property
with minor grading exceptions.
All grading exceptions with a variation of over 0.25' from the approved grading plan have been
circled in red on the attached As -built Exhibit & Approved Grading Plan Comparison sheet. The
variations are as follows:
1. The swale to the west of the building is constructed approximately 0.25' higher than
designed due to higher existing street elevations; however, the drainage design intent is
still met.
2. The front porch elevation of 41.80' is over a foot higher than the approved grading plan
spot elevation. This change in elevation is due to differences in the construction of the
steps with the grading plan. Positive drainage away from the building is maintained and
drainage design intent is still met.

detailed list of stormwater certifications.

Statement of Compliance:
This certification is signed and stamped and by signing below the Engineer attests that they or
those under their direct supervision have inspected the site and to the best of their knowledge the
as -built conditions of the drainage facilities are as described in the above form and in the as -built
plans enclosed.
We understand that failure to properly disclose all Down information could result in the rejection
of this certification and prevent the release of any and all Stormwater utility permit holds on
Building Permits and/or Certificates of Occupancy within this development.
