Please find enclosed the red lined "As Built" survey o Roeky Mountain-Automotive?at 108
East Vine Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Two additions have been constructed to the original building. The site is partially in the
Cache La Poudre River floodway and partially in the flood plain according to the revised FIRM
map dated March 18, 1996. According to the new map the building is not in the floodway.
The additions to the building were built with the same North -South building dimension to not
increase the blockage of the flow of flood water. The floor elevations of the additions are
substantially the same as the original building.
The only improvements constructed on the site were some sidewalk on the North side of Vine
Drive, some curb for landscape areas and the concreting of the driveway approach to the property
line. There was no fill placed on the site other than described above.
The site was improved in substantial compliance with the approved utility -and drainage plan..
