re: A-Z Party Rental - Lots 5 through 10, Riverside Subdivision 7th Filing
The area along the northerly side of the building has been regraded to provide more swaled
area to allow runoff from Riverside Avenue to enter the drainage channel. The drainage channel will
carry more than 1 1/2 times the 100 year quantity of 543 c.f.s.. A work sheet showing cross sections
of the drainage channel and capacity calculations is attached.
Also attached is a copy of the approved grading plan with "AS BUILT" grades shown in red.
The proposed swaled between the southwesterly side of the new building and Riverside Avenue was
not graded as deep, as planned, and the slope is fairly flat, but it appears to be adequate to drain the,
runoff from the front sodded area to the north drainage channel.
