We havr measured the.ielative elevations_at the above referenced address. - During the investigation, we
measured elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of thundatiort, lowest opening; and the drai

Our representative noted that the grade breaks for the swales on the nnrth and south sides of thr, subjcc? h:i

subject lot. The residence to the not'lh of the snhject lot (Lot 62) was complete with landscaping in place.
and the residence to the south of tlic subjcct lot (Lot 60) was under coil.ctruction at the tinge of our
inv�gation, limed nn our observations, and tho information available to tills office, the qlnpesand
elevations as measured are in substantial chnfnrmance with the Grading and Drainage Plant completed by
Stewart and Associatca, dated July, 1995. Please refer to the attached ropier of the As -Built Grading
Elevations and (irading alai Drainage Plan for further infonnatiojj.
