Re: As -Built Storm Drainage
Lot 3,. Boardwal-k Grossing, Filing 2-
On the 9th day of June, 1994, we shot spot elevations on the asphalt,
curb, curb openings, and area inlets. The elevations confirm that the ponds,
curb openings, and inlets were constructed to match the design grades shown
on Sheet 6 of 7 of the utility drawings.
The restriction plates and the designed openings were checked and found
to be in place as designed. All storm drain lines and manholes are in place
for this system to work.
The spot elevations have been shown on a sepia of said original Sheet
6 of 7. A blueprint of these elevations is included with this letter.
