Dear Jay,
Please find the enclosed redlined "As Built survey of the grading for Lot 2 of the Replat
of Lot 3, Boardwalk Crossing, Filing 2, said property being 4021 S. College Ave, Fort
Collins, Colorado.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the overall grading plan for Lot 3 of
.Boardwalk Crossing, Filing 2 approved by Storm Water Utility February 23`d, 1994. The
finished floor of the commercial building on the lot is 5037.75.
The majority of the Lot is occupied by said commercial building. Some asphalt
patching has been placed at the edges of the lot and over utility line placement areas.
Said patching has been placed at satisfactory grades so as to ensure proper drainage away
from said building, prevent ponding or humping disruptive to traffic flow and ties in to
the existing asphalt.
