Dear Mr. Barber.
Please find enclosed our compliance check of Building 27 located at 5039 Northern Lights Drive
of the Brookfield project for the as -built condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floor and
perimeter grading of the building on June 18, 2003, as constructed by the contractors.
The following is the finished floor elevation of the building:

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and graded within
design parameters and construction tolerances. A landscaped area between the building and the
sidewalk along the north side of the building has at small area that is sloping away from the
foundation at 0.5%. However, it is anticipated that this small area will not hinder the drainage
away from the building. All other drainage around the building appears to be consistent with the
grading plan and drainage flows.
