Please find enclosed our compliance check of building 34. located at 5038 Northern Lights Drive of
the Brookfield project for the as -built condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floor and
perimeter grading of the building on October 2, 2003, as constructed by the contractors.

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and graded within .
design parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades around the perimeter of building
