Please find enclosed our compliance check of Building 26 and Garage 26 located at 5027
Northern Lights Drive of the Brookfield project for the as -built condition. TST, Inc. surveyed
the finished floor and perimeter grading of the building on March 29, 2004, as constructed by
the contractors.

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and graded
within design parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades around the perimeter
