Please find enclosed our compliance check of Building 33 and Garage 33 located at•-5026 Northem lights
Drive of the Brookfield project for the as -built. condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floor and perimeter
grading of the building on September25, 2003, as constructed by the contractors.

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and graded within design
parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades around the perimeter of building and garage 33
