Please find enclosed our oompliance check of building 32 located at 5014 Northern .
Lights Drive of the Brookfield project for the as -built condition. TST, Inc. surveyed
the finished floor and perimeter grading of the building on June 3, 2004, as
constructed by the contractors.

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and
graded within design parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades
around the perimeter of building 32 have been verified prior to any landscape
