Please find endosed_our_compliance check of`Building=31- located _at_ 5002---,
c rthem-Lights-Drive of the Brookfield project for the as -built condition. TST, Inc.
surveyed the finished floor and perimeter grading of the building on April 6, 2005
as constructed by the contractors.
The following is the finished floor elevation of the building and the minimum
opening elevation (at the garage):

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and
graded within design parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades
around the perimeter of building 31 have been verified prior to landscape
installation.
