Please find enclosed our Compliance check ofi Building 28 and Garage 28 located at 5086 Brookfield Drive of
the Brookfield projed for the as -built condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floor and perimeter grading of
the building on November24, 2003, as constructed by the contractors.

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and graded within design
parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades around the perimeter of building and garage 28
