Dear Mr. Barber.
Please find enclosed our compliance check. of Lots 31 through 36 for the Brookfield project for the
as -built condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floor, the top of foundation and perimeter
grading of the building on April 11, 2003, as constructed by the contractors.
The follow ing is the finished floor elevations of the building:

The majority of the grading has been completed around the front of the building, however grading
at the rear of the building near the garages have not been completed. This grading will be
completed once the detached garages have been completed. The 'detached garages are
separate building permits and stormwater certifications will follow once the grading has. been
completed around the garages. Landscaping is still required however all storm drainage facilities
are in place and should function as designed.
