Please find enclosed our compliance check the twnhome located at 5026
Brookfield Drive (Lots 25 through 30) for the Brookfield project for the as -built
condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floors and perimeter grading around the
building and garages on July 23, 2004, as constructed by the contractors.

The majority of the grading has been completed around the perimeter of the
building. Landscaping is still required but all storm drainage facilities are in place
and should function as designed..
