Please find enclosed our compliance checkof=Building-24-and-Garage-24=1orated. -
;at_5014-Brookfield-Drive_of_the_Brookfield project for the as -built condition. TST,
Inc. surveyed the finished floor and perimeter grading of the building on March 11,
2005 and April 6, 2005 as constructed by the contractors.
The following is the finished floor elevation of the building and the minimum
opening elevation (at the garage):

The finished floor, sidewalks, and perimeter grading appear to have been built and
graded within design parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades
around the perimeter of building and garage 24 have been verified prior to
