Brittany Knolls P. U.D. Filing No. 2-Lot 53 Drainage Project No. 10-739-100 Dear Basil: We are writing this letter to complete the drainage improvements out at Lot 53 in Brittany Knolls. The improvements for this particular lot was completed in June of 1997 in accordance with the City of Fort Collins approved design TST, Inc., Consulting Engineers submitted. All improvements were implemented and TST"s survey crew completed a "As Built" of the improvements. We have included a copy of the actual field notes of this survey. We also certify that all improvements were completed and that the drainage plan is working.
