Grades at the center line of the Swale are as follows. Starting
at the back of walk, 1.2% for 25';-5.76% for 131; 15.91% for 37';
then 6.39% to the top of riprap. These grades correspond
approximately to -those shown on the approved plans for the
subdivision.
Top of foundation at the grade break at the top of the embankment
in 3.22• above the invert of the swale. Elevation as-builts are

Gentlemen:
We have reinspected the reworked Swale between Lots 26 and 27,
Brittany Knolls P.M.D. Second Filing.
Grades at the Center (line of the swale are na follows. Starting
at the back of walk, 1.2% for 251; 5.76% for 13' 15.91$ for 311;
then 6.3.9%.to the top of riprap. These grades correspond to thoac
shown on the approved plans for the subdivision.. more particularly;
those.shown on the profile for the storm sewer.
Top of foundation at the grade break at the -top of the embankment
is 3..221 above the invert of.;the swale. If you have any questions,.
