This is to certify that on the 29th day of August we surveyed the existing spot elevations
shown on the "As Built" plan included hereim.
The elevationsvarya little from the design grades but the "As Built" detention volume is the
same as the required detention vohune. The recalculated vohnnes and new 100 year high water
lines are also shown. All grades shown are relative to the design plans and there is positive
drainageaway from the building, The storm sewer is in place along with the restriction plates in
the inlets.
