Dear Basil:
On September 21, 1095 Wd completed it "As Built" Survey owbots�.4.and -5, jr:��
and found the following:
1. Spot shots in the East and West detention areas found the ponds to be constructed as
designed.
2. The storm sewer system has been installed as designe(L
3. The outlet to Detention Pond C is in place and to grade.
4. The spillway for Pond 9 has been constructed as desigiied.
5. The restriction plates have been installed in both ponds.
6. The drain swale to the South of the building has been constructed.
We find that the drainage and grading final construction conforms to the design plan and
therefore is in compliance with the City. A blueprint of the "As guilt" elevations has been
included for your use.
