Please find enclosed the "AS BUILT" survey of the grading for A-Z Party Rental on Lots 5
through 10, Riverside Subdivision, 7th Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado.
The grading was done in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan dated
February 28, 2000 except for three areas. The swale in the landscaped area between the front of the
building and the sidewalk is flatter than the plan slope. There is no runoff from the building, nor the
parking lot, nor the street that flows in the swale. It only carries the runoff off the landscaped area.
The regrading of the Southeasterly side of the Pitkin Outfall Channel has not been graded.
I met with the Heath Construction superintendent today and he will be contacting the grading
contractor to do the regrading of the slope.
The rip -rap at the bottom of the wall for the two spillways and the two outlet pipes from the
water quality boxes has not been placed.
The water quality boxes and ponds have been completed.
If you have any questions regarding this certificate, please call. Heath Construction
understands they may be able to escrow the money to complete the above described items that are
deficient in order to receive a certificate of occupancy.
