my direct supervision, and verify construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and the
elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date) September 4.2007 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):
