Please find enclosed our Stormwater Drainage Certification for Paragon Office Building (Arena
Oi%e Park). TST Inc. surveyed the above drainage facilities on October 23, 1998 as they were
installed by the contractor. Included are redlined prints showing the as -built conditions.
At this time minor grading and landscaping are still required, however the storm drainage facilities
are m place and should function as designed.
